How to Order At Sweet Dream Children's Interior's if you can dream it we can create it.
1) Contact us at (302) 655- 1845 or email us at contact@sweetdreambed.com so we can understand exactly what you have in mind. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you'd like a particular custom piece of furniture designed just for your child, we're happy to do so. Any width, any length, any height - each bed is made to your specification. All of our pieces can be custom painted according to your ideas and specific details. It is very important to measure carefully and correctly when placing orders for furniture items. Please take into consideration the dimensions of all doorways and stairways. To place an order with Sweet Dream Bed we require a 50% deposit of the total project amount. The balance of the order will then be due upon completion of the order. We will contact you to arrange final payment and shipping arrangements. We accept payments through PayPal which allows you to use all your major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight and value of your purchase. For an additional fee white glove delivery is available. Please discuss with us any special delivery circumstances (such as limited access to the delivery location, stairs, elevators, required time windows, etc.). Quality craftsmanship takes time please allow 6-8 weeks for completion. Construction time is subject to vary depending on the number of current orders. Please remember each bed is custom made by hand by our artisans and requires intense labor and depending on production, the bed may take longer or take less time then estimated. Be sure to inspect item for damages before shipper leaves your residence or place of business contact us immediately if there is a problem. Because these items are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. |
