1) Contact us at (302) 655- 1845 or email us at contact@sweetdreambed.com so we can understand exactly what you have in mind. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

2) Next, please take detailed measurements of your space and be sure to include location of closets, windows, and doors please send us a sketch of your floor plan.

3) If you have a particular design in mind please send us a picture or sketch of it and we will then draw up some plans for you to consider. There is a fee for this.

4) Once we have developed plans that you like, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to begin construction of your purchase. The remaining non refundable 50% will be due upon completion.

Customizing

If you'd like a particular custom piece of furniture designed just for your child, we're happy to do so. Any width, any length, any height - each bed is made to your specification. All of our pieces can be custom painted according to your ideas and specific details.

Measuring for furniture

It is very important to measure carefully and correctly when placing orders for furniture items. Please take into consideration the dimensions of all doorways and stairways.

Payment Requirements

To place an order with Sweet Dream Bed we require a non refundable 50% deposit of the total project amount. The balance of the order will then be due immediately upon completion before delivery takes place. We will then contact you to arrange shipping arrangements.

Payment Options

We accept payments through wire transfer, or PayPal which allows you to use all your major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight and value of your purchase. For an additional fee white glove delivery is available. Please discuss with us any special delivery circumstances (such as limited access to the delivery location, stairs, elevators, required time windows, etc.).

Delivery Time

Quality craftsmanship takes time please allow a minimum of 12-15 weeks for completion. Construction time depends on the number of current orders. Please ask us about our current production time. Remember each bed is custom made by hand by our artisans and requires intense labor and depending on production, the bed may take longer or take less time then estimated.

Returns

Because these items are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or refundable.
